Developer license does not exist

Edited

Hi,

We wanted to put the dev license in our test environment but it is not visible in my.atlassian.com

Did you ever seen that?

Thank you in advance,

Regards,

Hi Jessica!

I see you were able to open a support request with our customer advocates team in addition to the question here on Community. They advised on one of the possibilities for not being able to see a developer license in my.atlassian.com: the product may be a 10 user (or 10 jobs in the case of Bamboo) starter license.

Community licenses (granted to nonprofit organizations) also won't see the ability to generate developer licenses in my.atlassian.com. However, regular commercial licenses (for more than 10 users / jobs) and academic licenses should be able to generate the developer licenses.

Cheers,
Daniel
