Crowd Import User issue

Hi Folks

I am trying to import users from Crowd by CSV importer but unfortunately i am getting an error on User file section. I am putting the path of CSV file  but i am getting the error as The file "C:\importfiles\users.csv" cannot be found or read.

Hi @vivek karn

Did you check that the Windows user running the Crowd server actually has the rights to browse the C:\importfiles folder and read the CSV files?
