Create a bamboo 5.4.2 test environment - upgrade to version 7.0.3

Good afternoon, community of Atlassian. I am building a test environment similar to my production environment to be able to migrate bamboo from version 5.4.2 to version 7.0.3. After approximately 17 hours I lift the service but now I cannot enter with any user and password to the bamboo test environment.

- the bamboo version 5.4.2
- The PRD database has been restored oracle 12.
- The bamboo-home folder has been copied and we are pointing to it.
- Bamboo uses JIRA to manage users and groups.
- Java jdk1.7.0_25

-I am using the atlassian upgrade documentation.

As Bamboo using Jira user directory for authentication, I wants to know following:

• is your Bamboo test  environment configured on Jira directory as a new application?

if no, please add the application in user directory: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/connecting-bamboo-to-jira-for-user-management-952604122.htm

• If you want old bamboo application config to be used in Jira directory then update the URL of new Bamboo test environment and IP address in current config of Jira directory.

Please, let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

If you still facing issue then share the atlassian-bamboo.log file for application logs.

We are currently trying to get into the new test environment but can't get past login.

to do this, the atlassian documentation has been followed
