Cannot run automation tests in Bamboo due to an Error: Cannot find module './command-report-item'

I am encountering the following problem - I had to enlarge the size of the header in node.js,because the size of the header was too small and when i was running the tests,i got errors.So i added additionally 40KB size (see below) :

"scripts": { "all": "node --max-http-header-size=40000 runfn.js && node reports/parser.js", "regression": "node --max-http-header-size=40000 runfnregression.js && node reports/parser.js", "smoke": "node --max-http-header-size=40000 runfnsmoke.js && node reports/parser.js"

When I committed the changes to Bamboo and i runned the test plan - I got an Error:

The following error Cannot find module './command-report-item' is shown and the tests do not even want to start executing. Do you have any ideas how to fix the problem?
