Cannot login Bamboo 'This user is read only and can't have password reset'

Dear fellas,

One of our user is having login issue periodly, the error message is 'This user is read only and can't have password reset.'

Can you please help to advise?

Hi @Sheng Kuang ,

Welcome to the community. 

Probably the problem is that you have an user directory configured, that is read only.

So you can't change the password in bamboo instead you have to do that in the user directory itself.

You will have to contact your administrator for further assistance on this. Click on Contact Administrators link that you see at the bottom in the footer section to get their details.
