Cannot delete bamboo-specs created plans/deployment projects

I have removed all specs from the bamboo-specs/ directory, but the plans/deployment projects still exist as disabled instead of deleted. How do I remove these plans so that I may replace them?

Context: I moved the configuration to a different repository, and some just need to be deleted.

Apparently I didn't give myself proper permissions before removing the specs. I needed a Bamboo admin to dig me out. Make sure you can delete before you delete the specs.

Hopefully this helps someone in the future.
