Can I setup a build plan to be run after a successful deployment of another plan?

I am trying to configure some E2E tests to run in a build plan after a successful deployment of a project. I don't see a way to restrict that trigger to ONLY successful deployments. I don't want these tests to run when its is very likely they will just fail and spam out notifications. There seems to be a way to have that configured for a build plan's success, but maybe not a deployment plan's? Maybe I am missing something...
