Can Bamboo show all successful tests from a remote agent

When I have a job that generates test reports which I parse using the Junit Parser task. When running on a local agent, I see all the Successful Tests and their duration in the Test tab. When I run the job on a remote agent, the Test tab doesn't show me the Successful Tests even though the reports are properly found. Any ideas? Bamboo 5.9.7

I would kingly ask you to:

1. please, mention this 'answers' link in the ticket so we can keep track of original request.
2. please, attach build log generated when running JOB in 'local agent'
3. please, attach build log generated when running JOB in 'remote agent'
4. please, attach Bamboo Support Zip (Bamboo Administration >> System >> Atlassian Support Tools >> Support Zip >> Create)
