Build and deploy per bitbucket branch and triggering in jira ticket

Hello I am trying to evaluate whether bamboo is the right tool for the following plan that I want to create.

We are using bitbucket and jira in my company. In jira we create a ticket and then in bitbucket we implement the solution in a branch with name feature/{ticket_number} or bug/{ticket_number}.

What I want is for the testers to open the jira ticket and then with pressing a button checkout the branch with the same ticket number run unit tests and then deploy to an external system.

Also for every release I want the tester to go to the release page and then with pressing a button to checkout a release branch and again run any unit test(maybe other jobs as well) and to deploy to an external system.

I am flexible with naming and I might be able to change this configuration but this is what I want to implement.

Can this been done with bamboo? If yes can you provide some general guidelines?

If no can you provide some changes in this WF to make it work with Bamboo?
