Build Silverlight application with Bamboo on Demand

I am currently evaluating a number of your products and am very impressed.

We have a Silverlight application that I am trying to create a build plan for with Bamboo on demand. Problem is the default image configurations don't have the Silverlight SDK installed. I don't want to add those libraries to our DVCS. Is the best approach for me to create an EBS snapshot and dump all those required bits on that and then define an image configuration that uses that? If so do you have any recommendations or things I should watch out for? What is the best way of configuring an EBS snapshot?

Thank you

Hi Simon,

Your best bet is indeed to create an EBS snapshot and define a custom image to perform this function. We have some detailed documentation on this process that you can find at:

Just as a heads up though, due to the number of variables involved in a custom image we're not able to provide any support for that process.
