BambooSpec create plan failed due to duplicate plankey after plan is deleted?

Hi,

When I delete a build plan and straight after that, I use bamboospec java class to create the plan again with the same plankey, it failed with duplicate key error.

After I wait for a few mins, it works.

Is there a way to forcefully delete a plan from bamboo so that I can create the plan again straightaway?

I hope problem was related to flush the cache.

I hope one the latest version 6.8.0 will be better
