Bamboo with NPM, Webpack, ESlint and Babel

We are trying to create a react POC with NPM, Webpack, ESLint, Bamboo & Babel

Could you please let me know if there is any use case or blog to achieve this objective. What should be the permissions granted for the bamboo user
