I have upgraded to Bamboo version 7.2.1 from 7.1.3 on one of our test systems. As part of testing I am trying to rollback to the original version. I have addressed a couple of errors from the Bamboo log so far but what I currently see are database errors. The errors include "BootstrapUpgradeHelper: Error getting database connections" and "Connections can not be acquired from underlying database". So any Bootstrap validation tasks that need to connect to the database fail. I can bring up the upgraded Bamboo version again with no problem. I am wondering if there are additional changes I could make to address this, or is it just a matter of having to take a database snapshot first and restore it if I need to rollback?
Hi!
@Bill Parlock Please, to restore a database snapshot and then use the old installation folder please.
