Bamboo upgrade 5.10 to 6.x, as per path first need to upgrade 5.14

Hello,
We are currently using Bamboo 5.10 and we wanted to upgrade to latest version, so as per upgrade path we first need to upgrade to 5.14 then only we can move to 6.x version.
So do we need to buy license for both 5.14 and 6.x or is it possible to upgrade that we upgrade to 5.14 trial version and then upgrade to 6.x with the license key.

You can use the same license key. And yes, you can use a trial license and then switch once you get to 5.14.
