Working on 7.2.4, our server becomes unresponsive on a regular basis.
We are running it on the latest Ubuntu as a service. Looking at the logs, there is definitely something wrong.

If that doesn't work, I recommend you reach out to the Atlassian Customer advocates team looking to migrate your Started License to one that would provide you with a proper Bamboo commercial support entitlement and then open a case at https://support.atlassian.com.
