Bamboo script task not picking java 8

We are trying to run PowerShell script task from bamboo plan

Bamboo server to 8.0.4

Agent version 7.0.3 with java (jdk1.8.0_291)

Actually it is for blackduck detect with command:

• Windows scan command: powershell "[Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = 'tls12'; irm https://detect.synopsys.com/detect.ps1?$(Get-Random) | iex; detect"

Taks is failing with following error.

An error occurred checking the Java version. Please ensure Java is installed.

I am trying to see whether I need to upgrade bamboo agent or just java ? Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
