Bamboo running as Window service cannot be stopped

I am having hard time finding a way to stop Bamboo service. Also I can only start service when I change "Mode" from "jvm" to "java" in Startup Tab in Bamboow.exe, but when shutting down, none of the modes can stop the Bamboo service.

Event Viewer log:
The Atlassian Bamboo service terminated with the following service-specific error:
Incorrect function.

My Specs:
Windows 10 Pro
Open JDK11 Adoptinum latest release
Bamboo build 80209
