Bamboo project job setup

Edited

Just installed Bamboo on a server and Bitbucket on another server.  In English this is what I would like Bamboo to do, please tell me if my expectations are wrong:

  1. Get latest source from Bitbucket.
  2. Use Visual Studio to build the solution.
  3. Use Visual Studio to publish the solution to deployment folder.
  4. Backup the folders on the target server.
  5. Copy the published solution to target server.

In some situations there is a steps

     4.5) Stop IIS

     6. ReStart IIS

I've seen a couple examples but have yet to figure out how to accomplish any of these tasks.   Thanks

Follow up, I was able to get BB to compile with Visual studio but still do not know how to get BB to do the rest of the steps.

How about using SSH task to backup the file and SCP task to copy over the file?
