Bamboo plan is unable to execute command connecting to UNC path

I have a bamboo plan that is calling a batch file. The .bat file is located in the remote windows server and inside the .bat file it is registering dlls on which the dlls are located in a UNC path.

The credentials that bamboo agent is using to connect to the remote windows has a modified access rights in the UNC path.

I have tested to change the path to the remote windows server local path and bamboo plan successfully registered the dll. But when I changed it back to the UNC path, it is not registering the DLL.

Can someone share solution on this issue?
