Bamboo licensing question

Hi all, I have a question regarding bamboo agent licenses. If i buy 5 agent licenses, can i split licenses between 2 servers ? Say, I want to use 4 licenses for test server and 1 license for production environment.

Hi Kazi,

No, you cannot have two instances running with the same SEN. For your test instance, you may however generate and use a developer license by following these steps:

  1. Log in to as the technical contact for the license.
  2. Click the '>' sign of your Atlassian product, your account management screen will display.
  3. In the Actions section, click "View Developer License."
  4. Review the Developer License agreement.
  5. Click "View" to agree. A license key will be presented. Copy and paste this key into your development server as described in this page.

Hope that helps.
