Bamboo is stuck in idle (stop requested) mode

When logged to the bamboo agent, it shows that bamboo-agent is running (and we have also restarted) but it still appears like below, how can I clear this weird state?Untitled.png

Hi @mei wu ,

When requesting an agent to stop Bamboo will tell an agent to stop after it's finished the current build, therefore if there is a miscommunication between agent and server during this process, such a condition may happen, requiring Bamboo server restart.

Could you please inform which Bamboo version you are running and try to describe how you got to this scenario?

Kind regards,
Rafael
