Bamboo is checking out source by root user and causes build failure

Hello, recently my bamboo server suddenly pull all my source code from git by root user in one of my build plan, which causes to build failure. Another build plan is working fine. I tried to compare the difference between two plans, and found nothing, all of them are using same credential, just different repo.

Please let me know how to fix that. Thank you

I tried to delete all files in the build path, and checked source out again, when I tried to run npm build, then bamboo will exhaust all resources in the server, even it cannot be killed, i have to force to shutdown the server. It's very strange, please help. Thanks
