Bamboo in "demo" mode

Hi there..

to prepare an upgrade from 6.X to 7.X, I would like to create a separate bamboo instance to valid that everything is working.

Is there a (scripted) way to initiate the new "validation" bamboo instance with all the plans BUT stopping all the default/automated tasks ?
