Bamboo elastic agent cannot sync files from s3 today

It all worked before the weekend, but now I get the following error:

It works again now smile

Yes, it was incident when agent jars for new release of Bamboo Cloud were not propagated to all S3 regions. Fix was to propagate them and improve internal processes to avoid this situation in future
