Bamboo does not start after updating windows credentials

Jorge Guerra March 2, 2021

After updating the windows credentials in our bamboo server, the service fails to start even though it is listed by windows as running, when acceding via `localhost:80805` it returns ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

The `<bamboo-home>/logs/atlasian.bamboo-log` file shows this error after running `<bamboo-folder>/bin/start-bamboo.bat`
