Bamboo bootstrap failed: Your Bamboo instance could not start because Bamboo home directory does not

Edited

Hai guys, please help me any one

i am new to bamboo i am trying to install bamboo on ubuntu 16.04

i downloaded latest bamboo version format is tar.gz

i maintained two directories i.e 1)bamboo installation dir 2)bamboo home dir

i placed the bamboo home dir in bamboo installationdir/attlassian-bamboo/WEB-INF/classes/bamboo-init.properties

in this location i un commented the bamboo.home and i place the newly created bamboo home dir

after that i go back to bamboo installation dir under bin floder and i started the bamboo server.

i launched the bamboo by http://myip:8085

this is first time i launched so its asking for license key i contact the attlassian people and i get the lecense key

i enter the same licensekey and i choosen the express installation

after that i am able to see the admin user set up page

i entered al the details and i click on finish

its keep on running and saying that bamboo finalises your setup

i was waiting upto 2hrs

after that i got above issue.

Hi durgabhavani,

We are happy to hear you're evaluating Bamboo!

Regarding your issue, Is your environment meeting the requirements listed in the supported platforms documentation? Also, are you sure that the user you're using to start Bamboo is the owner of the bamboo-home and installation directories?

Have you checked the bamboo-home/logs/atlassian-bamboo.log file to see if there are details about the error there? Please, if you find any [FATAL] error, paste the details here so we can better understand why your instance is failing to start.

thanks.
