Bamboo behind loadbalancer or reverse proxy - user adding not working

So I am running Bamboo over Netscaler loadbalancer to a default http port 8085. When I try to add users,  I am getting error. If I access bamboo using local IP on port 8085 adding users works fine.

On another installation I have IIS reverse proxy on bamboo machine (windows) and same behavior. Not able to add users trough a reverse proxy but works fine without.

Both installations are on Windows, running Bamboo 7.0.4.
