Bamboo Visual Studio Community License

Edited

I'm using Bamboo Server and building solutions with Visual Studio Build. Visual Studio Community Edition installed and today it started to gave license error. I logged in with my account and got the license ( https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamkb/the-license-for-visual-studio-has-expired-744327636.html ) but it still gives the same error. Bamboo installed on Windows Server 2016. I think visual studio gets the license for my domain user and agent runs with different user account(just a guess). How can i fix it any idea?
