Bamboo Upgrade Path for 6.4.1 -->> 6.7.3

Hi Team,

As I see the https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo0607/bamboo-upgrade-guide-966044833.html , the upgrade path shows to land first at 6.5 and then to latest. So by this does it mean to path for 6.4.1 -->> 6.7.3 is actually for 6.4.1 -->> 6.5 -->> 6.7.3

You can skip 6.5  and proceed to upgrade with the 6.4.1 -->> 6.7.3 directly.
