Bamboo Server Hostname unknown

Under "System Information", the Bamboo Server is reported back itself with "Hostname" as "Unknown", and same for the "IP" which show up as "Unknown".

I did assigned itself with a static ip address.

This means it cannot resolve the name or ip address you have given it to a server that responds.  There is something wrong with your networking, the system can't find the server.

I am running the Bamboo Server on my Centos  OS. So which areas I should be looking at for this networking issues?
