Under "System Information", the Bamboo Server is reported back itself with "Hostname" as "Unknown", and same for the "IP" which show up as "Unknown".
I did assigned itself with a static ip address.
This means it cannot resolve the name or ip address you have given it to a server that responds. There is something wrong with your networking, the system can't find the server.
