Hit an issue where on deleting a plan with plan branch enabled and there was a branch running.
The running branch hanged on deletion while deleting every other branch was deleted, including master.
The branch started throwing "Master chain not found in plan cache" and it led to the whole server needing to restart and a database cleanup.
Question is there any safety checks for deletion of plans with plan branch enabled to warn of currently running branches or prevent the deletion of master until the running branch is successfully stopped?
