Bamboo Not Connecting to JIRA User Database after SSL Cert Update

Hi All,

After updating the SSL cert for our JIRA server, we can no longer login to out Bamboo server.

Setup details:

1. We use the JIRA user directory to access Bamboo

2. Bamboo is configured as an application link in JIRA and status shows "connected"

3. Bamboo is added in the JIRA user server.

Additional Notes:

* We also have a instance of Bitbucket running on the JIRA server which uses the JIRA user server to login and that is functioning correctly.

Hi,

In Jira administration > User management > Jira user server.

Try adding the IP address of your Bamboo server to the IP addresses for the Application name for your Bamboo server.

If this does not work then try to use wildcard in the IP address. eg. 10.100.10.* or 10.100.*.*.

It might work.

Regards
