Bamboo - How do I clean the deployment directory after deployment to save disk space

Edited

For each of the environment in our deployment plan, a deployment directory is created and each having the same content that consumes disk space, how can we clean the deployment directory. I know for build directory there is a checkbox to clean the build dir after each build, i want similar for deployment plans as well

Never come across of a checkbox to clean up in deployment unlike the build. It's only the "Clean working directory task" but given your deployment directory is within your working directory and it should work but if not then you'll need to do a script it out.
