After Bamboo upgrade to 6.10.4 build deployment directory files permissions now are defaulted to 640 instead of 644.

Please advice how can I change, because now downloaded artifacts have permission of 640 which is causing issues for us later while running docker container.

Previous version 6.3.4 we had permissions of 644 as default for all downloaded artifacts.

This issue is on local agent, remote agents permissions are still 644 as required.
