Having to migrate bamboo on ec2 between AWS accounts and need to find good installation/migration docs.

In an Atlassian perspective, there is this documentation that explains how to clone your current instance manually from one EC2 instance to another but you can also use the export/import method described here.
Of course, you can use AWS alternatives like creating a custom AMI from your current EC2 Bamboo instance and share it with the destination account as described here.
