Agents go offline by themselves

Edited

Setup the agents exactly as the instructions indicate, have setup remote agents several times in the past with no issues. These particular agents though, go offline by themselves, and they're impossible to get back online. They have been approved, all of their capabilities have been verified on the server, the paths are all correct and everything, yet they will not come back online. Yes the services still work and are running on the remote agent server.

Somebody removed the AD utility account that the Bamboo remote agent service uses to do the builds from the local admin group on the server. Since I have no permissions to click on the groups that suddenly appeared in the local admin group, I assumed, (incorrectly), that someone had placed the cicd_utility account that Bamboo uses in an AD group, and then added that group to the local admin group. I wasted 2.5 days trying to figure out why agents kept going offline.
