This is what it says it is, but it is not actually too helpful when it says "account".

There are three accounts it might be talking about. 

  • There is the account that owns (and pays for) your Bitbucket server.  If that is "suspended", the most likely reason is that the bill has not been paid so the service is suspended.  Technically, the actual Atlassian account behind it is probably not suspended, it's just the service(s) accounts that belong to it.
  • The second account it might mean is the Atlassian account you are using to access bitbucket (you can check if that is suspended by logging into the community here with it - if you can log in here, it's not suspended).
  • The third account is might mean is the account you are using to access bitbucket (which may or may not be an Atlassian account as above).  If it is this reporting as "suspended", it means the owners/admins of your bitbucket account have suspended its access to bitbucket

In general, the only answer we can give you here is "you need to talk to the admins of your bitbucket" - they'll be able to tell you why you no longer have access, and what to do to get it back.
