how can we create a task on the basis of dropdown values from the list

Select X Doc from list then it should create a task

Hi Suvarna,

Create an automation rule based on Field Value Changed trigger. Select your drop down field. 

Then add an IF/ELSE condition - for the first one use Issue Fields Condition with dropdown field name = X Doc. 

Then add an action under that Condition for Create Issue. 

Then click on the Add Else option in the tree, and do the same for Y Doc, etc.
