due date

i need way to highlight tasks that "actual end" is more than "due date"

Hi @A.M.E.C , not sure how you define "highlight" and where you want to present the results, e.g. board, dashboard, report, issue view, etc. if you want to use JQL to find issues where actual > due then maybe this solution...

  1. Create an Automation rule: trigger on transition to Done, condition compare actual to done, if greater the add label "date-exceeded".
  2. Use JQL to query for issues with the label

note if you want to add labels to historic issues then create a manual rule to compare dates and add label.
