É possível criar uma automação no item Pai para somar todas as estimativas de tempo preenchidas nas subtarefas?

Yes, that is possible, and there are several examples of this in community posts, and similar rules in the library for projects.

I recommend triggering the rule on several scenarios to help with accuracy:

• when an issue is created
• when an issue's time estimate is updated
• when an issue's parent changes
