Hello @bruno_bobichon

You don't have to use Automation for that.

You could create a Saved Filter that compares currentuser() to your "owner" field. You can then instruct each person to subscribe to the filter to receive the list on a scheduled basis. Refer to

Hi

Ok perfect, is it possible to force subscriptions to this filter for all members?

By the way, for my knowledge, and it may be useful for other automations, how to to this with automations?

You can only set up a subscription for yourself or for a user group. If all the members belong to a user groups, then you can set up a subscription for each relevant user group.

As to how it can be done with an Automation Rule, what is your level of experience with Automation Rules? Have you reviewed the documentation or any training or videos on the topic and tried to create Automation Rules? If not, you should. The documentation is located here:

https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-cloud-automation/

You can find free, on-demand training here:

https://university.atlassian.com

And there are numerous videos about Automation Rules posted on the internet.

How many users are involved when you say "all members"? How many issues do you estimate would be in the complete list for all the users? There are a few different ways this might be done with automation depending on the number of users and number of issues.
