How is it possible to create several queues for 1 project and re-direct tickets to their corresponding queue automatically based on keywords found in the summary, while maintaining a Slack connection? or have multiple projects and move tickets in between automatically based on Summary keywords, while maintaining a Slack connection as well?

Yes, you can create multiple Queues with Jira Service Management.
Can the Queues be based on a JQL query to check certain values of certain fields? Yes.
Can you connect Jira to Slack? Yes.
