Incident Notification

Hello,

I see that notifications are sent via OpsGenie. OpsGenie incidents are separate from normal ITSM incidents this is what I figured out.

Is there a way to sent a notifications from ITSM incidents itself like how we do from xMatters/Everbride.

Are there any use cases achieved earlier by anybody.
