Trello as a scrum/kanban tool

I have had some time at hand and got thought of using trello app as a scrum/kanban board.

What i found interesting about it was it is very customizable! you can have a fun board and add notes like we do on actual boards and then discuss on it.Today teams being ditributed adds to the flexibility with distributed teams across different time zones.

For me this was something fun as i could also view it as a table, create it based on person and also check if a task is complete or not. Even i could create a hybrid board for members onsite and offsite so that all stakeholders had their own board to discuss. 

Think its a great tool for planning and design decisions, Root cause analysis etc as well.
