If you are talking about the one actively going on in the community right now: Spread the love as a Community Cupid on Valentine's Day 💖

Simply start liking some posts and comments that you appreciate and send some kudos to people.

If you are talking about something like Codegeist.  Keep checking for an announcement on when the next one will take place.

Looks like there are a couple of free ones as well as some that are paid with a free trial.
