how can I make a company workspace in Atlassian?

Could you elaborate on what you mean by a company workspace?

The Atlassian platform consists of several products doing different things:

• Jira to plan and track project work across business and software teams;
• Jira Service Management to set up and manage service desks for your IT and internal support teams;
• Confluence to document and collaborate on knowledge and content;
• Bitbucket to manage code
• ...

What you would normally do is to set up an Atlassian site for your organization, adding one or more of the above products - depending of course on your needs. It is quite simple to get started with just one product and add additional ones later on. To get started with Jira - just as an example - search for Jira pricing and select a plan to try for free.
