Performance differences on Cloud Standard vs Premium?

Hello,

Working in a organization where we are considering to use Atlassians Cloud portfolio.

I see one of the advantages of Premium is 99,9% SLA.

I wonder if there Premium instances are running on another set of hardware? Is there any difference in performance or should this be the same? Any experiences here?

Thanks!

Hi there,

We're happy to hear you're considering adopting our cloud products!

We strive to provide great performance and reliability for all customers on every plan.

For customers that need additional assurance, we offer the SLA on the Premium plans. However, all customers should expect the same quality of performance and reliability, regardless of whether they're using a Free, Standard, or Premium plan.

You can actually test this yourself – on a free or extended cloud trial (if you're an existing server or Data Center customer), you can upgrade and downgrade between Standard and Premium plans to test the features of Premium. As mentioned, performance should remain consistent on either plan.

Best wishes,
Maren
