While  evaluating Atlassian Intelligence, we got  concerned with sensitive data being used, as your privacy policy doesn't include any details on what data is been used or how the data is been used.

  1. Data Collection and Usage:

    • What types of data does the AI service collect and process?

    • How is user data collected (e.g., from user interactions, logs, third-party sources)?

    • What is the purpose of collecting and processing this data?

    • Is the data anonymized or pseudonymized before processing?

    • Are there any data retention policies in place?

  2. Data Ownership:

    • Who owns the data generated or processed by the AI service?

    • Is the vendor granted any rights to use the data for other purposes?

  3. Training Data Bias:

    • Has the AI service been tested for biases in its training data, and how are biases mitigated?

  4. Ethics:

    • What ethical guidelines or principles guide the development and use of the AI service?

  5. Data Isolation Assurance:

    • How does the AI service guarantee that data from one tenant remains separate and does not mix with another tenant's data?
  6. Cross-Tenant Data Leak Prevention:

    • What safeguards are in place to prevent unintended sharing or leakage of data, prompts, or responses between tenants?
  7. Tenant Data Protection:

    • Can you explain how tenant data confidentiality is maintained to avoid any unauthorized access or influence on responses?

Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks & Greetings,
   Sebastian
