AI in sandbox not working (Jira cloud)

Hi - can someone from Atlassian help me figure out why AI is not turned on in my sandbox even though i have turned it on via admin function?

I'm checking under issues tab within a project so i'm using the smart query page

Hi Colton,

If you are looking into the Virtual Agent option, you should see an option with the same name when viewing a JSM Project Settings.
