AI tool described in popup for editing Jira comments/descriptions not available

Today I saw the below message popup in our Production instance...  but have not yet been able to use this feature in either Jira software issues or Jira Service Management issues. I am curious if this message was in error? Is it specific to the Beta for JS or JSM?

Of note is that we only have AI Beta for Jira Software and Confluence activated in our production instance which is where I saw this message, while I was working in a Jira Service Management service project issue at the time. I even went into our sandbox instance and activated our JSM Beta (just can't connect Slack, as we don't have Slack), and still noticed the advertised feature was not available in JSM service project issues when editing a comment or description field.

Appreciate any info on this Atlassian AI team. Cheers!
